Our 4 days with Nick was more than we had hoped for. Nick’s knowledge of the details of everything we saw was impressive; a master of history. York then to beautiful Whitby via the very charming Goathland. Nick is a master at securing tables! Then to the Lake District, via Haworth; where he connected us with a very charming colleague on the Bronte heritage. Nick knows exactly where to go and when to be at the very best places in the Lake District. His inside knowledge of the Peak District is remarkable too! Nick did an outstanding job of guiding us to the best nooks and crannies of England. There are so many very special things you see when you travel with Nick. And then there is Nick Smith himself. He is as interesting and accomplished a person as any you will meet. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had him as a guide and to be able to spend the time we did.
